Try your Hearthease product at home for 30 nights from delivery. If it is not for you, send it back for a refund.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions.
• Send the product back clean, with all its parts (battery, cable, straps) and, if you still have it, the box.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
• We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving it.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We refund you in full or send a free replacement, as you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
