Free standard shipping on every order. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery times

• Processing: your order leaves our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: 8–13 business days in total from the day you order.

The estimated delivery dates shown on each product and at checkout already include processing time.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 18 business days after your order, or tracking stops updating for more than 7 days, email us. If it is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
