Every Hearthease product comes with a 1-year warranty from delivery on its heating, vibration and battery.

What it covers

• The product stops heating, vibrating or charging when used as described.
• The controller or battery stops working.

What it does not cover

• Damage from misuse, water, a dropped or crushed product, or a charger that is not the one supplied or an equivalent USB charger.
• Normal wear of the fabric cover.

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short video of the problem. We send a replacement or refund you, as you prefer.
